Trevor Ainardi

Trevor graduated from Central Washington University with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Business Administration. He has over twenty years of experience in the accounting field working for public accounting firms, private companies, and small business startups. In 2010 Trevor started his own accounting firm specializing in tax planning and preparation for high net worth individuals and small business owners. He merged his practice into Compass Point Accounting, PLLC in Flagstaff, AZ in 2016 and is the now the Managing Member of the firm. When not working, he enjoys all forms of outdoor activities and spending time with his family.
Rebecca Montoya

Rebecca has over twenty years of experience in the accounting field and recently earned her Enrolled Agent certification in 2015. This professional certification grants her unrestricted rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS, demonstrates special competence in tax matters, and her adherence to ethical standards. She performs tax return preparation, bookkeeping services, and payroll processing for the firm and enjoys meeting and talking with clients.
Alex Tkatchov
CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANT
Alex graduated from Fairleigh Dickenson University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. After that he continued his education at Washington Law School earning a Masters of Science degree in Taxation. Alex received an honorable discharge from the Army of the United States and is fluent in French and Russian. He has many years of experience in public accounting, specializing in complex individual, business, and trust tax returns and financial planning for high net worth individuals.
